We use USPS Priority Mail to ship our packages. Once orders are placed they will be shipped out within 2-5 business days (processing time). Orders should take 2-5 business days to arrive after shipping. Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships.

If you choose Express Shipping at checkout they will be shipped out within 2-5 business days (processing time). Express Shipping orders should take 1-2 business days to arrive. For Custom Wig Orders the turn around time may take 5-10 days and will be shipped out once completed unless local pickup is chosen at checkout. Please contact Sy.sational Hair to discuss details. Once shipped Orders can take 2-5 business days to arrive.
